Attorney Mark A. Carter, founder of our law firm, has practiced law in Minnesota for more than 30 years. After three decades in the legal profession, he has the experience to guide you toward overcoming any legal challenge.
Our law office, located in Minnetonka, is also home to two experienced paralegals, Marsha Videen and Mary Giel, both of whom are invaluable members of our legal team. Ms. Videen has more than 20 years of legal experience primarily in family law, and Ms. Giel devotes the majority of her efforts to assisting clients pursuing bankruptcy, as she has done for more than five years.
